This is a group of forward thinking building professionals that we have brought together to facilitate ICF construction. All of the members have shown a commitment to building better buildings and bringing their clients more value for the building dollar. All have either completed ICF projects or have attended training classes and are up to speed on ways to showcase the strengths of ICF construction. By utilizing them on your project you, can lower your project cost, speed construction times and reduce job site challenges before they happen. Because of their previous experience building with ICF they are not spending your time and money learning how to do ICF. Instead they are building your project on time and on budget.
The West Side Team: This professional group employees are responsible to get your order placed and make sure it arrives on time. They oversee the shipment and the warehousing of materials. They are a great resource for all of you other material needs.
Kent Yonker is our resident ICF fanatic. His main responsibility is the promotion of Insulated Concrete Form technology and is a champion of growth for this new building method. He also can bring together all the available resources to insure that your project or business is a success.
He has been involved in the building industry for twenty-nine years. He has worked on job sites as a carpenter, as a contractor supply Salesperson for major building materials distributors and for manufactures. He has seen the building industry from many different vantage points and this unique prospective gives him insight and knowledge to the many challenges of building in California. Kent is an associate member of AIA and CSI.
